Presentation Regulations

Participation

Participants are obligated to present their accepted work at the designated time and in the specified format (oral or poster).

Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • File Loading: Please arrive 30 minutes before your session time to load your presentation file onto the provided computer.
  • Presentation Time: Each presenter or group will have 12 minutes for their presentation, followed by 3 minutes for audience Q&A.
  • Software: Computers with standard Microsoft software will be provided. If you choose to use your own laptop, please note that the time for connecting and disconnecting your device will be included in your presentation time.

Facilities for Oral Presentation

Each room will be equipped with a computer (with standard Microsoft software), an LCD projector, a screen, and a microphone. If your presentation requires additional equipment, you will be responsible for associated labor and equipment charges.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. Poster Number: Your abstract acceptance letter will include a poster number. Use this number to locate your designated poster board. Do not remove the poster number sign from the board.
  2. Display Duration: Posters must remain on display until the specified time.
  3. Presenter Presence: You are required to be present at your poster during the specified time slots to answer questions. Details will be provided in your notification letter. The secretariat will track "no-shows." Co-authors or mentors may assist with answering questions but are not obligated to present the paper.
  4. Responsibility: The Local Organizing Committee is not responsible for posters or materials left on poster boards after the Congress.

Poster Design

  1. Dimensions: Your poster should be 120 cm (height) x 90 cm (width). Please bring your own thumbtacks to mount your poster.
  2. Mounting and Dismantling: You must mount and dismantle your poster during the designated times indicated in your abstract acceptance notification. No exceptions will be allowed. Remove all tacks/pins and background materials when you remove your poster.
  3. Design Freedom: You have complete freedom in designing your poster and presenting text, tables, and figures.
