The Early Bird deadline is set after the abstract acceptance notifications are released. All participants may enjoy the Early Bird rates.
The Gala Dinner is included in the registration fee.
※ Currency Note: The prices are listed in USD. According to the financial regulations in Taiwan, the actual credit card payment will be charged in TWD. It may be a little different from the price listed above.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
• Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the SEAADE 2025 Registration
Department via email at seaade2025@gmail.com.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 1st August 2025.
• Credit or refund will not be given for unattended events or early termination of attendance.
